xp_reyesSo, things being what they are, I decided to make Christmas pasteles. Because 'tis the season, and I remembered my mom doing it, and I knew I had her recipe somewhere.
You know what I forgot? Pasteles are a pain in the ass. Making masa is a pain, and even when you do everything in advance, it's just an ordeal.
Anyway, I have enough of everything to feed a small army, which in a way is what we are, so if anyone is free to help assemble these puppies tomorrow, we can have a good old pastelada.
